The Trans Love Fund is dedicated to supporting South Carolina’s transgender community by providing emergency funds to trans-identified individuals throughout South Carolina for medical, legal, and emergency living expenses.

 

Transgender Day of Visibility, a day dedicated to raising awareness about transgender people and celebrating the lives and contributions of trans people, is coming up on March 31, and here’s how you can show up and show out for the local LGBTQI+ community! 

 

Support Charleston nonprofitWe Are Family’s(WAF)Trans Love Fund.The Trans Love Fund is dedicated to supporting South Carolina’s transgender community by providing emergency funds to trans-identified individuals throughout South Carolina for medical, legal, and emergency living expenses. Since its founding in 2013, the Trans Love Fund has distributed over $65,000 in microgrants to those in need across the state.

 

Your donations can provide critical medication, legal services, housing and more to those who could not otherwise access these.
