I was honored to be interviewed by Quintin Washington of "Quintin's Close-Ups," about my music journey and the heart behind my latest release, Plasticity EP. 

 

Many independent musician interviews have a promotional feel to them, rather than getting to know the artist behind the music. This was completely different and I really enjoyed it. Quintin facilitates a Plasticity-inspired discussion that listeners may find relatable, especially through the extra-challenging past couple years.

He conducts one-on-one interviews with newsmakers in Charleston and the rest of South Carolina. The Web show, which has won multiple awards, was recently recognized on the floor of the United States Congress and by the South Carolina House of Representatives. Charleston mayor John Tecklenburg and Charleston City Council declared October 13, 2020 'Quintin Washington Day' in the City of Charleston as a result of 'Quintin’s Close-Ups.'"
