On December 13th at 6pm, Coastal Provisions Chef Read Wolfe will be presenting guests with a five course dinner of Chilean-inspired dishes artfully paired with the classiest wines of Concha y Toro- one of Chile’s oldest and most celebrated wineries.

 


 

Grab your best friend, mom, sister or husband to join us for a night at Wild Dune's yummy restarunt (read my other blog post about my trip there here.) for a Chilean event you won't want to miss.

 

Try dishes and wines that will bring the taste of some of the most loved wines and dishes authentic to Chile.

 

The menu below has me craving dishes with empandas and ceviche. As a child, growing up in Puerto Rico and with Texan parents raised on the border of Mexico, I love when I see an empanda dish or just a meat empandilla - mouth watering and memorable!

 

To die for dishes! WAHH LA! WEPA!
